Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is supported throughout Toronto Pearson International Airport by Boingo Hotspot.

Places of Worship 
Both terminals have interfaith centres with qualified chaplains, counselling and free literature on offer. There a daily and weekend services for Roman Catholic and Christian worshippers.

Duty-free
Duty free is available in both terminals at Toronto YYZ.

Phones 
There are information centres in both terminals and phones too. Bell payphones are supplied in both terminals.

Medical Services         
For those seeking medical help there is a nursing station in each terminal

Left Luggage
There are no lockers at Toronto Airport however storage facilities are available at the Travel Stores, situated on the departures level of both terminals. Luggage strapping and fax services are also provided here.

Baggage Carts
Baggage carts are not available inside security areas, however they can be used before the security screening points and in the baggage claim areas.

Post Office
There is no post office at Pearson Airport however stamps are on sale in newsstands and mail boxes are located in both terminals. In Terminal 1 the post box is opposite Aisle H, and in Terminal 3 it is next to the escalators leading to the Sheraton Hotel.

Pets
The only pets permitted to be in the terminal buildings are service animals and those departing on a flight and in a cage.

Traveller Assistance 
In both terminals the Traveller’s Aid Society operates centres.

Spa 
There is a spa in Terminal 3. Manicure services are available in Terminal 1.

Washroom
Washroom vending machines are placed in Terminal 3.

Currency and ATM
Toronto International Airport is served by different financial services depending on where travellers are. Terminal 1 has Airline Financial and ICE Currency branches for banking and exchange services and in Terminal 3, Travelex offers currency exchange services. Both terminals have numerous ATMS for travellers to use.

Meeting Points
Drivers are allowed to meet passengers briefly on the curbside of the arrivals and departures levels, however parking is strictly forbidden. The Cell Phone Lot is intended to be the parking area where drivers can park and meet passengers (see parking). The recommended areas to meet inside the terminal building is the arrivals level of both terminals, just outside the baggage claim area.

Smoking
Smoking is allowed outside the terminal buildings in the sign-posted areas although it is not permitted anywhere inside Pearson Airport.
