There are different areas for drivers to park in at Toronto Pearson depending on the length of stay and purpose of visit.
Short-term Terminal Parking
This lot is intended for drivers coming to the airport to pick up or drop off those travelling to or from the airport. It is the quickest route to the terminals and stays of up to four hours are recommended for this area.
Long-term Terminal Parking
Located conveniently close to the terminals, this if ideal for travellers going away for a day or longer.
Valet Parking
Curbside valet parking is offered at both terminals at Toronto Pearson Airport. In Terminal 1, drivers wanting to use this service should go to Post 11 at the departures curb and at Terminal 3 they should go to Post 15 of the departures curb. When picking up their vehicle, travellers should go to Level 5 of the Terminal 1 parking garage and in Terminal 3 should go to the bottom of the escalators of the International Arrivals area.
Reduced Rate Parking
Travellers needing to leave their vehicle for an extended stay at Toronto International Airport may want to use this lot, accessible via the LINK train. There is an indoor option here too (Viscount Parking). The rates for the outdoor and indoor areas are different.
Cell Phone Lot
There are 50 spaces available here for drivers who are willing to wait a short while in their car – instead of circling the terminals. The maximum time frame is an hour and vehicles must be turned off.
Drop off and Pick up
Drivers may drop off and pick up passengers briefly on the curbside of both terminals, however no parking is permitted at these areas.
When dropping off passengers at Toronto YYZ, you may stop momentarily on the curbside of the arrivals or departures level at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. Please note that you are not able to park curbside or leave your vehicle unattended at any time.
Off-Airport Parking Shuttle
This shuttle picks up passengers from the following locations: arrivals level of Terminal 1 and the arrivals level of Terminal 3.
Height Restrictions
In Terminal 1, the height restriction for the parking garage is 2.4m and 4.5m for the arrival and departures curbs.
For Terminal 3 it is 2m for the parking garage and the same as Terminal 1 for the arrivals/departures curbs and in the Viscount Parking Garages it is 2.2m.
Accessible Parking
There are special car parking spaces for disabled passengers in all parking lots.
